Eron Falbo was born on 12 March 1985 in Brasília O Globo and grew up there. His great-uncle and namesake, Eron (Eronides Alves de Oliveira), left Lagarto, in the Northeast, built the Erontex retail chain in 1950s São Paulo, and founded the Hotel Eron in Brasília. He went solo as a folk musician in 2009 and took his own name. By December 2009 his debut already had Bob Johnston attached as producer, the man behind Bob Dylan's classic run, and the two were photographed working on arrangements.
